Recurring subscribers: By the second month, all subscribers fall on our regular billing and shipping cycle, meaning that you’ll be billed on the 5th of each month and can expect your package to ship around the 3rd week of the month and arrive at your doorstep 7 to 10 days later. If for some reason your payment is blocked on the 5th but works when we attempt again later in the month, your shipment will leave our facility around the end of the month. Shipping and Tracking: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification of its shipment along with a tracking number to help you monitor the delivery progress.Your tracking number is also accessible online from your Eauprince account. For users in the mid-month shipping batch, tracking information is typically sent to your email by the end of the 3rd week of the month, while users in the end-of-the-month shipping batch will usually receive their tracking information before the next month begins. Because we ship in batches and work hard to customize each order according to the products you’ve selected, delivery time may vary.
All subscribers begin on a monthly package for $20.00/month. From there, upgrade to our 3-month package ($55.50, savings of $4.50). All regular subscriptions are recurring, unless cancelled within the term deadline. To upgrade your subscription plan, simply visit your Profile or click on the “Upgrade” button located below your queue on the left-hand side.
Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account underneath the “Subscription Status” tab. If your subscription is active, our regular billing cycle means your card will be charged on the 5th of the month. When you cancel, you’ll receive an email within 2 hours – please check your Spam folder if you can’t find it.

SHIPPING & TRACKING
As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. In case you can’t find the email, you can always access your tracking number from your Eauprinceaccount. For subscribers in our mid-month batch, tracking information is typically available around the 3rd week of the month. For subscribers in our end-of-month batch, tracking information is typically available by the end of the month.

Usually not! Subscription boxes are ground-shipped via our shipping partner before they’re handed off for final delivery. This means you’ll receive your Eauprince subscription in your mailbox each month.
Probably Not! Eauprincesubscription deliveries measure 10” by 9” by 3”. Other shipments, including à la carte, vary in size, and may fit.
We currently ship only within the United States, but hope to expand internationally soon!
BILLING & PAYMENT
For subscription orders, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, as well as PayPal and debit cards. We also accept prepaid cards for 3-month subscriptions. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept checks, money orders, or gift cards, and are also unable to link routing numbers to your account. To update your billing information on file, you can simply log in to your Eauprince account at any time.
You’ll be billed for your first Eauprince with your initial purchase. Starting with your second month, you’ll fall on our regular billing and shipping cycle, meaning that you’ll be billed on the 5th of each month and can expect your package to ship around the 3rd week of the month. When you subscribe for a multi-month subscription, you’ll be billed upfront for the entire length of the subscription and won’t see any more charges until your subscription is auto-renewed.
You’ll be billed as soon as your order is placed. From there, we’ll be in touch with tracking information as soon as your products are on the way!
We don’t currently offer phone support, since we feel we’re able to offer our best customer care through email and social media support. We respond to every message we receive, so if you haven’t received a response to your message, try checking your spam folder or sending another message. We offer traditional support as well as support on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible! Our agents are always happy to help you out.
We offer replacements or store credit for damaged and missing products within 30 days of the original ship date – just contact us! Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer cash returns at this time.
Simply log in to your account to update your queue, billing details, address, or subscription plan. Just make sure to make any necessary changes before the 5th of the month; otherwise, all changes will take effect in the next month.
REFERRALS & PROMOTIONS

If you’re currently an active subscriber, head to our referral page for your unique referral link and to send e-mail invites or share your code on social media for friends and family you think might also love Eauprince. Every time a friend subscribes using your unique referral code, both of you will earn one free month for your Eauprince subscription.
Eauprince subscriptions are nonrefundable and ineligible for returns unless they are not delivered in perfect condition, in which case they are replaceable within 30 days of the original shipping date. To minimize issues, please make sure to review your queue on an ongoing basis to ensure that we ship the products you’d like to receive.
The short answer: yes! Although we are unable to offer returns on subscriptions or à la carte products, you’ll have 15 days after delivery to return purchases in their original condition for store credit towards any purchase on the Eauprince site. If you’d like to make a return, please contact our Customer Support team to obtain a return shipping label. It may take up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Return shipments can be tracked via USPS, and we will make sure to notify you by email once your return has been processed. Please note that we reserve the right to limit returns under certain circumstances, including excessive frequency.
